- Enter the case. Age, income, family, the concern and the plan you're quoting — with a short reference code, never the client's real name or IC.
- Get a draft in your style. Profast writes the proposal the way you write, using the insurer's public plan facts and the figures you enter. Anything it can't confirm is marked [TBC].
- Check and send. Download the Word file, check every figure, add the client's name and send it under your own name.
